Uploading documents to tf. web - Help desk

You will now be able to upload documents to the Documents area on tf. web - Help desk. Please use this area to upload supporting documents (i.e. Screenshots, Log files, PDF files etc) when submitting help calls. Include the Help Call ID in the file name of the document before uploading so that we are then able to see which issue it relates to.

Please do not use the documents area to upload large files such as database backups; continue to use our secure FTP Support site for these types of files.

Be sure to check the shared documents area where you will find the latest software release notes and various other documentation.

August 2011 - New release of tf. facility and tf.web

We are pleased to announce that the releases of tf. facility (4.2) and tf. web (4.0.2) are now available to download. Key features of the releases include a number of enhancements and updates to the system. The release notes are in the Documents section of the website along with other useful documents. Recent additions include a Citrix User Guide and an Integrated Login document.
